Jiggle
Wobble, too.
Jiggle is a jiggle machine written in C. You tell it the shapes and
the jiggliness, and it’ll tell you where and when. This little physics
engine also has Ruby bindings so, although it may be ugly on the
inside, it’s pretty on the outside. And that’s what counts.
